This Learning Support Assistant role that will put you into challenging, sometimes Anti-Social contexts or working with children who are non-verbal. This will help build your foundations of experience. With this LSA role starting after, de-escalation and the language around it is incredibly important! If you are an aspiring Criminal Justice Officer or Probation Officer, this LSA role will give you pragmatic experience of working with vulnerable students who have been through severe traumas.

The boys you are raising attainment with are between the ages of 7-17, all have EHCPs and will need to continue their education once they leave the school.
